We offer returns and refunds within the first 90 days of your purchase.
We also offer a price match guarantee! If you find the same product for less (excluding during discount sales) within a week of your order, we’ll refund you the difference. Just send us an email at clattenburgracingfabrication@gmail.com with the product and where you found it!
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return eligibility
- Your item must be new and unused.
- If an item is returned in new condition but the original vendor packaging is not in sellable condition, there is a $15 fee for repackaging.
- Each return will be assessed a 3.5% return fee.
Items in the following categories cannot be returned
- Sale items
- Custom-built products
- Special order
- Non-stocking
Shipping
Kindly note, for a smooth return process, it's important to send the product to the specific address provided in your return approval email. Please avoid sending returns directly to our main location, as we won't be able to accept them there.
Also, remember to wait for your return approval before sending the item back. This helps us ensure everything is in order for your return. Lastly, please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the return process efficient and hassle-free!
To start a return, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of any page or by clicking here: Start a return
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Come back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. When your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
