Our Story

RaceCRF.com is the culmination of over 10 years in business as CRF and a lifetime in motorsports. We decided to build this resource as the next evolution in how we support our customers and the industry that’s given me so much throughout my lifetime.

From our first days racing at SSW in Halifax N.S, Canada in Sportsman cars and open wheel IMCA style modifieds that we built from start to finish, to graduating onto our first wins in MASCAR alongside my father Terry Clattenburg, I have always been hands on and know the value of affordable competitive products.

Moving South in the mid 90's, the late Robert Hamke gave me an
opportunity to sharpen my fabrication skills taking care of the chassis fabrication and repair portion of Hamke Race Cars for well over a decade.  I also enjoyed racing and winning with my own cars repaired at Hamke during that time. Robert and I parted ways on good terms in 2013 and I formed Clattenburg Racing Fabrication to make a run at building my own company and CRF Chassis.

Our CRF chassis and front clips along with our fabricated suspension components have enjoyed victories in both Canada and the United
States in a number of different regions and various sanctioning bodies.  During my time out of the seat while building CRF, I was also able to crew chief stand out short track racer Ben Rowe and CRF Chassis #001 to their first victory of several together. Our first major CRF chassis marque win came at the Oxford 250 in 2015 with driver Glen Luce.

At CRF we aim to build competitive race car chassis and supply affordable services to our customers. Now with RaceCRF.com we’re also able to add the sale of affordable after-market auto racing parts, gear, tools, and accessories to our resume. We hope this resource helps support you on your way to victory lane.
